When you arrive at Boston Logan International Airport, immediately find out which terminal you are in, and then use the corresponding pickup instructions.

Terminal A

All passengers should meet outside of the terminal on the lower level. From the baggage claim area exit the terminal, cross over two (2) roadways, and on the left side you will see a small parking lot that is the limousine area. The chauffeur will be outside the vehicle with holding a sign with the passenger's last name or company name on it.

Terminal B

Call us at 888-666-7077 upon arrival after you’ve retrieved your luggage. All passengers should meet on the departure level (one level above baggage claim) at the curb. The chauffeur will be outside the vehicle holding a sign with the passenger's last name or company name on it.

Terminal C

Call us at 888-666-7077 upon arrival after you’ve retrieved your luggage All passengers should meet outside the Terminal. From the baggage claim area, take the elevator to the 2nd level (Departure level) and walk across two (2) walkways. The chauffeur will be outside the vehicle holding a sign with the passenger's last name or company name on it.

Terminal E - All International Arrivals

All passengers should meet outside of the terminal on the lower level. From the baggage claim area, exit the terminal, and cross over two (2) roadways. On the left side you will see a small parking lot which is the limousine parking area. The chauffeur will be outside the vehicle holding a sign with the passenger's last name or company name on it.
